While the choice to locate our facility in Tennessee was easy, due to the higher customer concentration here and its prime location in the center of the United States, the selection for the plant location took a little longer
We took many factors into account and several cities and buildings were considered. Finally, after three months of searching TecnoTiles decided to settle down in Lebanon, TN.
The primary reasons for this decision were: central location with respect to the customers’ locations (see annex tables here below), proximity to the airport and to downtown Nashville, information about skilled workers availability in the area, good acceptance by the local community.
Also, the building is a wide warehouse, well-built and near to the I-40 interstate (1 mile) and to Lebanon downtown (3 miles).
